FENNEL GIN & PAPAYA COCKTAIL
Yields: 4 servings
1 cup fresh fennel juice (about 1 medium sized bulb)
1 cup fresh papaya juice (about 1/2 large ripe papaya)
3/4 cup fresh green apple juice (about 2 small green apples)
1/4 cup fresh lime juice (about 1 lime)
3-4 shots of gin (or more, if your heart desires)
For best results- juice your fruit and fennel from fresh. The papaya juice will be thick. The fennel juice will be intense. It's a good thing. Whisk (or shake!) the juices and gin together and serve over ice.
