IMMUNITY BOOSTING SMOOTHIE
Yields: 1 serving
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk, 1 1/2 cups loosely packed spinach
1/3 cup greek yogurt, 1/3 cup old fashion oats, 6 strawberries (frozen), 1 banana (frozen)
1 TBS unsalted natural peanut butter, 1/2 tsp tumeric powder
Add the spinach and and almond milk to a blender and blend well. Add the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth, but still textured by the oats. Drink up!
