LEMON CHILI GREEN BEANS

INGREDIENTS
1 lb green beans
1 TBS olive oil, 1 lemon (juice and a little zest), 2 cloves garlic (microplaned or finely minced)
1/8 tsp red chili flakes, salt
INSTRUCTIONS
String your green beans. Get a large skillet over fairly high heat. Add the olive oil and green beans and toss the pan to coat. Saute for about 5 minutes, tossing occasionally, then add juice of 1 lemon. Give the pan a good toss and cook for 5 minutes more. Add the garlic to the pan along with the chili flakes, salt, and just a touch of lemon zest. Cook for 2-5 minutes more, or until the green beans start to get some color on them
